What exchanges are supported right now?
Non‑US track uses Binance. US track uses Coinbase Derivatives. We add more connectors later, but the Founders program is intentionally scoped for reliability.
Do I need trading experience?
No. Most Founders are not “pro traders”. We align configuration during onboarding and provide a starter configuration pack for convenience (not advice).
Do I choose pairs now?
No. You reserve a slot first. Pair selection and baseline configuration happen during onboarding based on account readiness and platform constraints.
Is this investment advice?
No. PP is software for automated execution of predefined rules. We do not provide investment advice, do not promise profits, and do not manage client funds.
Do you custody my funds?
No. Your funds remain on your exchange account. PP never takes custody of assets. You control deposits/withdrawals at all times.
Will you ask for my API keys by email?
No. Never email API keys or passwords. Onboarding uses secure steps and you keep control of permissions.
What is the 24h SLA?
We respond to applications within 24 business hours. If approved, you receive reservation payment instructions from support@pplabs.io.
Can I switch tracks later?
Tracks are determined by residency/citizenship constraints. If your status changes, contact support and we’ll evaluate what’s possible.
